Atkinson v. Facebook

On November 12, 2019, my attorney, Norm Pattis, filed a federal lawsuit on my behalf in Connecticut against Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg. The lawsuit includes a number of causes of action including claims under the First Amendment, the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act, and various other state laws. I have attached a copy of the filed complaint.

Filed Complaint

The case name is Atkinson v. Facebook, et. al., and the docket number is 3:20-19-cv-01785. I may choose to comment or to refrain from commenting on this action in the near future.

Cameron Atkinson is a Christian, a published constitutional scholar, a trial and appellate lawyer, and a general hell-raiser. He has received national recognition for his victories in civil rights cases, especially in First Amendment cases.
