Pattis & Smith Oral Arguments In Religious Exemption Cases Against Vaccine Mandates.

On October 27, 2021, the law firm of Pattis & Smith, LLC will present oral argument in two landmark religious exemption lawsuits against vaccines mandates.

At 2:00 PM on October 27, 2021, I will argue on behalf of We The Patriots USA, Inc. and three New York nurses – Diane Bono, Michelle Melendez, and Michelle Synakowski – in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. They are challenging New York elimination of the religious exemption to COVID-19 vaccination requirements for healthcare workers. The link to listen to that oral argument in Courtroom 1703 is below:
